A good starting place

I have been a christian most of my life, and have avoided witchcraft in every form believing that is was a tool for satan worship. Recently I have run across several practices that are healthy and boarderline witchcraft. This book corrected my belief that it is a form of evil. If this book is correct it is more being intouch with nature and zero evil. There is still the evil stuff out there but this book gave me the basics on what is natural witchcraft. It was a good read for the first step. If you already know the basics this book will be to elementry for you.

Shouldn't ALL books for "BEGINNERS" at least tell you how to say terms correctly in a glossory along side a definitition??

I like that is short... A little easier to absorb ... I like the suggestion of using a wooden storage box with lid as an alter.. so funtional for limited space for tools or herbs or whatever.....
Exercises aren't over complicated with to much opinion /theory.
I am frusterated in the fact that even this simple book For " Beginners" doesn't contain any pronunciation of terms in the glossery either!!!
I was hoping to find this since; I specifically searched for "Biginner" ...
As all the other books I have are a little too much in -depth mixture :ritual, history , Sabbats Etc.
I read for instance, "Lughnasadh" in 2001 and don't know how to pronounce it correctly until I find it written with phonics some 9 yrs after I'm stumbling over the words trying to guess how to say them ( among which include names of deities) .
I can't image how people can learn with confidence on their own through reading when we aren't sure what we're saying. This has been a hendrance.. A major frustration for me trying to absorb this Wiccan material through books alone for the past 13 yrs at least!! I've learned a little more recently thank to having facebook pages /administrators I can talk to and ask for some clairification! FINALLY..... To me,the information in books is not fully grasped enough if you can't understand what you're saying,or are unsure of how you are supposed to say certain terms correctly!!!! BEGIN WITH: Pronouncing (no matter how simple )... And having condenced concept explanations!!
